DAY 01: UYUNI – SALT FLATS – INCAHUASI ISLAND – UYUNI

Departure at 09:00 am. On the way we will visit the train cemetery, with wagons from the twentieth century, machines that will not reach their destination, wagons that no longer tell stories and skeletons of locomotives scattered in the midst of oblivion and indifference. We continue to the indigenous community of Colchani. Observation of the elaboration of iodized salt in its rustic form. Continue entering to the white deserts in its fullness with typical extraction landscapes like Salt Heaps, Salt Eyes and first salt hotel now a local museum. Lunch in the middle of the salt desert, visiting the Incahuasi Island, a typical place with the presence of giant cacti in a habitat of volcanic rock. We hike to the August 1 Square from where we can observe the 360° panoramic view of the immensity of the salt flats On the shores of the salt flat, we will observe the sunset accompanied by a coca cocktail, decorated with bouquets of flowers. We settle down to watch the sunset in the salt flat, a true spectacle of the nature. MEALS: LUNCH. (IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SALT DESERT) - TOAST – DINNER HOTEL: BOUTIQUE ANDINA.

DAY 02: UYUNI – LAGUNA COLORADA (Red Lagoon) – UYUNI

Departure at 7:00 am from your hotel to start our adventure where you will observe great landscapes of the highland mountains, visiting the valley of rocks and chullunkani lagoon. Continuing our trip we arrive at the Cachi lagoon, Kara lagoon, we enter the Siloli desert where you will observe the stone tree, a natural formation product of the rains and wind. Finally we arrive at the red lagoon habitat of thousands of flamingos of the three Andean species, among them, the Chilean and James species; an inexplicable site for so much beauty. Then we return through the desert visiting the Kara lagoon and passing the towns of Villa Alota, Culpina and San Cristobal on our return to the city of Uyuni.
